All tryouts will be held at Forest Lake Area High School.
All players must register using the link below to ensure medical information is provided and releases are acknowledged and signed.
A non-refundable $50 per player fee will be collected at the time of registration and will be applied to your balance after team selection is made. Upon completion of registration, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address used when logged into your Sports Engine account.

Please note, 7th and 8th grade players should plan to attend BOTH days of tryouts. All other grades tryouts are one day.

Be sure to arrive on-time, at 5:30. Each player will be assigned a tryout number that should be returned at the end of the evening.
18 and Under Division
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2001 or Players who were born on or after September 1, 2000 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year
17 and Under Division
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2002 (Grade 11)
16 and Under Division
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2003 (Grade 10)
15 and Under Division
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2004 (Grade 9)
14 and Under Division
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2005 (Grade 8)
13 and Under Division
Players who were born on or after September 1, 2006 (Grade 7)
12 and Under Division

Balance collected via a secure online service and is non-refundable
11-12's (5th & 6th grade) – $480.00 (includes $50 registration fee). Balance due will be $430.
13-18's (7th thru 12th grade) – $585.00 (includes $50 registration fee). Balance due will be $535.
The player will be placed on the official roster with her assigned number after balance is received. Payment is due in full before the parent meeting on Monday, November 18th at Vanellis by the Lake at 6:30. You can find this information on our event calendar on www.LakesVolleyball.org website.
Fees include 7-8 tournament dates, JVA and FLAAA registration, 2 jerseys, coaches fee, equipment and gym time.
Regular season runs from December to late March. An extended season will be offered for the months of April & May. Additional details will be available prior to the commitment date.
We host our annual Kill the Chill tournament in January and each family will be required to fulfill volunteer obligations. We will collect a check for the amount of $200.00 at the parent meeting and only cash it if the volunteer obligation is not filled. We will explain in more detail at the Parent Meeting!
Lakes provides two jerseys for the season. Be sure to stop at the apparel table to try on the jerseys and fill out the appropriate size information and give to the board member present. This allows us to place the order immediately after team assignments. Board members will be available for assistance during the check-in process. Black spandex shorts are required and provided by the player, no colored shorts.
